Regular Route

This is for businesses that prefer to outsource their day-to-day shredding, as opposed to using and maintaining an office shredder. For this type of service, we provide lockable containers for the collection of confidential materials at the customer's location. We return on a set schedule to destroy the documents that have accumulated in the container.

Pricing for our regular route customers is $35.00, per service visit, to destroy whatever documents have accumulated in the container. For businesses that have multiple containers placed on site, we charge $35.00 for every container that we actually service per visit. The lockable containers are provided to our regular route customers, at no charge, as part of their on-going secure destruction service.

Purges

When performing an on-site purge, we bring our empty 64-gallon container to your facility, perform the labor to empty your documents into it, and then wheel it out to the truck for destruction. We repeat this process until all of your documents have been destroyed.

  • We DO NOT climb stairs during purges. All documents must be in an accessible, ground level area where the driver can easily perform the work.
  • We DO NOT drop off containers in advance for you to fill.
  • We DO NOT destroy your boxes or remove them from the premises.

Purge pricing is calculated by volume. We use our 64-gallon container to keep track of total volume. We charge $50.00 for every 64-gallon container that we fill and wheel to the truck for on-site destruction.

Estimating volume for purges:
When scheduling a purge we will need an actual volume estimate in order to determine when our truck has available capacity. Please give us details, such number of boxes with their dimensions, number of bags/type of bag or how many inches of shelved files. Once we have this information we can estimate how many containers it will take to complete the purge and give you a cost estimate. The following are some examples of what our 64-gallon container holds:

7 - standard file boxes ( 16" x 12" x 11'' ) or
3 - legal file drawer boxes ( 25" x 16" x 11" ) or
105" of shelved files

Certificate of Destruction

Whether you are a route customer or a purge customer, all destruction is performed at your site. Therefore, the driver is able to issue a Certificate of Destruction before leaving the premises. This is included in our standard work order and signed by both parties.
