Our secure containers prevent the risk of anyone obtaining your company's sensitive information before North Bay Document Shredding collects it for destruction. With our mobile shredding truck, the shredding process can also be viewed through our truck's observation windows. You can relax knowing that when we drive away, the shredding process is already complete.

No Presorting

Our state-of-the-art shredding equipment is designed for the complete destruction and disposal of all our clients' files and paper related items. No presorting is required. There is no need to remove colored paper, staples, paper clips, binder clips, manilla folders and envelopes, pressboard folders, hanging folders, window envelopes, prong fasteners, rubber bands or spiral bindings. (We don't destroy 3-ring binders, back up tapes or CD's.)

Record of Compliance

At the completion of each shredding visit, you are left with a "Certificate of Destruction" which verifies that your accumulated materials were destroyed that day. In the event of an audit or privacy complaint, you have a verified on-going record of your compliance with legal requirements pertaining to confidential information disposal. This shows that you have implemented a program to specifically destroy these items on a consistent basis.

Why spend hours in front of an office shredder? With our regular service you can dispose of sensitive material in a locked container every day. We show up on a set schedule to shred the contents (up to 200 pounds of paper) in less than 5 minutes.
